Not sure what else I can say, apart from the personal touch makes a huge difference. Ian called with a query on my order, just to make sure they got it right before shipping. I had ordered a left and right hand pair! Anyway he got it sorted and the scissors arrived very quickly after. I couldn't wait to try them and I wasn't disappointed, they are absolutely fab and super sharp...although I may have to buy some more plasters 😊
