Refund policy

T&Cs

All our items are checked for working correctly 100% before we package them up and post them out to you.

We are happy to give a refund if you purchase from us and for some reason you are not happy with the design, weight or size.

A refund will be given as long as the purchased items are returned to us, unused and in the same condition as sent to you with all the contents included within 10 days of purchase.

The cost of the item will be given back to you excluding postage costs. Returning the goods is your responsibility if the item is unwanted for the reasons above.

We believe 10 days is enough time to check the products out to see if you like them and they suit your hand?

PLEASE NOTE: All items beit unwanted, don't like or faulty need to be back with us within 10 days. Any faulty goods returned after this time will be replaced or repaired whichever is required, no refunds will be issued. 

All items purchased online are at the customers responsibility and they must give us the correct address details as delay may occur and extra charges by the courier if these are incorrect.

Please note: You will be liable for customs in your relative countries. As a business we have reduced the price you pay for your goods by 20% to help  with customs charges.

 We use a tracked 24 or 48 services via Royal Mail, DHL and APC for UK customers.

Non of the tracked services are are a guaranteed service only a delivery aim as per the couriers t&cs.

The delivery aims are out of our control. 

 

T&Cs Effective October 2022

As a business we take full responsibility for our products and will honour them under the terms below as long as they come to us for sharpening as we will not and can not be responsible for other sharpeners in the industry.

As long as the items(Scissors or blades)  come back to us for sharpening when blunt, (due to normal use and not excessive use or dropped) and have been stored in a dry environment/containment and cleaned correctly.  

They have also not been tampered with by ANY other sharpener, we will maintain the scissor and blades at sharpening costs for the life of the scissor/blade. 

Once that scissor or blade is deemed not fit for purpose after its general sharpening life by us, we will replace it with a new one as long as we have the same model in stock.. If not, a replacement model will be offered. No monies will be given in exchange under this policy. 

We supply our own blades and will take responsibility for them if returned to us for sharpening. If been elsewhere and your sharpener can not sharpen them, we hold no responsibility for them..
