Please note, all our products and services have VAT included.

We are happy to give a fair use and wear policy on all our products. We believe they are affordable and practical for the grooming industry.

As long as the items come back to us for sharpening when blunt and have not been tampered with by ANY other sharpener we will maintain the scissor at sharpening costs for the life of the scissor. 

Once that scissor is deemed not fit for purpose, we will replace it with a new one  as long as  we have the same model in stock.. If not, a replacement model will be offered. No moneys will be given in exchange.. 

All our products are made from Various steel including CR9, 440c and VG10 and are handpick for varying countries and manufactures including, Italy, Taiwan, China and Germany.

Please note: All sharpening postal costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free postage on Sharpening nor on goods unless on a promotion/sale
